The Broad Gift Guide, Part Two: Loungewear
The first part of our gift guide was all about wish lists and bra shopping for another person – click here if you missed that one. In part two, we’re headed to Chilltown. Population: you and whoever’s on your nice list. Let’s talk loungewear!
One advantage to loungewear as gifts is the simplification of the sizing issue. With bras, there are cup sizes and band sizes and so much more to think about. It really makes you appreciate the simple “small to extra large” system used for the things we’ll talk about today. Our favourite hot-cocoa-and-couch gear is by Fleur’t Intimates.
And I’m just going to come right out and say it: wearing Fleur’t pajamas feels like rolling around in a big basket of kittens. (Unless you’re allergic to kittens. In which case, substitute with the softest critter that doesn’t make you sneeze.) Stretchy pants match a classic button-down pj shirt, complete with lapels and a little pocket. We have these in black or juicy wineberry. And how great is the white piping?

If you’d prefer something a little lighter or sexier, this chemise might be for you. The lace details are just gorgeous, and you won’t believe the bust support this piece offers. Plus, the skirt is all drapey and twirly!

Are you more of a layering type? Fleur’t does the best robes. The style we carry is rather appropriately called “Take Me Away.” When I modeled it for our Instagram, I was suddenly lifted out of myself and the workday to become one very fancy, very relaxed lady. (And when Sam got to try one on…well, you can see those results below!) This robe is slinky and soft, but still put together enough that you can answer the door without blushing. We’ve got it in black as always, with a few in a lovely teal for the holiday season.

So what are you waiting for? Get lounging!
