Here’s what we’re doing to make everyone safer during the pandemic.

**This page was last updated on October 13, 2023.**

We are open for in-store shopping with a strong preference for appointments over walk-ins.

You can book your appointment here! You’ll be prompted to answer a few questions that will help us prepare for your visit and use your time efficiently.

We’re limiting the number of people in the shop at our discretion.

The shop door is locked most of the time, to help us control the number of people in the shop and ensure everyone in our space wears a mask. If you’re here for a walk-in, just knock on the door or give us a call when you arrive, and a staff member will meet you at the door (with a mask for you, if you don’t have your own!) to see what we can do for you.

Stay home if you are sick!

Even if you don’t think it’s COVID-19. We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule your appointment if you are visibly ill when you arrive.

All of our staff are proudly vaccinated against COVID-19.

While we no longer require proof of vaccination to shop in person, we take the safety of our customers, our community and our colleagues very seriously, and we kindly ask that you do the same.

Wear a well-fitted N95 or KN95 mask. (We will, too!)

We require everyone in the shop to wear a mask, and everyone being fitted must wear a well-fitted N95 or KN95 mask for the duration of their visit. (Don’t have one of these? You can purchase one at the door for $2.50.) The mask must fully cover your nose, mouth, and chin at all times. Our staff team wear well-fitted N95 masks, too! If it is not possible for you to wear a mask, we would be happy to help you via a virtual fitting, online shopping or over the phone.

We’re maintaining physical distance and doing low-contact fittings.

For example, rather than take your measurements or make fit adjustments for you, your fitter may teach you how to self-measure and adjust bra fit on your own. (Learn more about low-contact fitting at the appointment-booking link!)

Feel free to bring a pal, just not all your pals.

Normally we love it when you bring a crew, but right now we need to minimize the number of people in the store at any one time. Feel free to bring someone along for emotional support, for physical support, for the fun of it, etc. as long as they wear a mask and we have the space. Please note that if you bring your child(ren) they must remain with you, in the fitting room, at all times.

Still have questions? We've got answers.

My pal and I both want fittings, can we share an appointment slot?

The best way to ensure that we can help both you and your pal when you arrive, is for you each to book an appointment. We recommend booking back-to-back spots so you can share in each other’s fun! Appointments receive priority over walk-ins, so the best way to avoid a wait is to book your spot.

I don’t need a fitting, I just want to try something on  — do I still have to book an appointment?

That depends on your risk tolerance! The best way to ensure access to a fitting room and staff help is to book an appointment. If you want to know for sure that there’s room for you when you arrive, you’re better off booking your spot. If you’re okay with the possibility of a wait/lack of availbility, then drop on by! We’ll be happy to see your face either way.

What other safety precautions are you taking?
  • Staff wear N95 masks at work, and wash their hands at the start and end of every shift, break, and bra fitting.
  • We run air filters in our fitting rooms.
  • Our sick leave policy makes it easy for staff to stay home if there’s any chance of illness, without worrying that they’ll lose income.
