Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS

While our in-store hours remain limited as a safety protocol, we’re offering a more flexible return/exchange policy. (This policy is subject to change in the future, and will be updated here in that case!)

During this time, we accept refunds, exchanges, or store credit on bras and sleepwear that are unwashed, unworn, and free of scent or stains within 21 days of purchase with receipt present and tags attached. To set up a return or exchange, please contact us by phone or email.

For health, hygiene and courtesy to future customers, all items with a gusset are final sale. This includes underwear, swimwear bottoms, full swimsuits and bodysuits. Items purchased at a discount and accessories such as bra back extenders and detergent are final sale.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1) Make sure the item to be returned is within our policy:
  • The garment must be unwashed, unworn, and free of scent and stains. The tags must be attached. A copy of the receipt is needed. (A note on “unworn”: trying on the item briefly for 5 minutes or less is okay. Wearing for a hour to test it out is not!)
  • All bottoms, one piece swimsuits, bodysuits, and anything with a gusset are final sale. All accessories are final sale.
  • Exchanges or returns can be made within 21 days of purchase.
2) Contact us at info@broadlingerie.com with your name, the item, and the reason for return or exchange.

We’ll respond with further instructions, our shipping address, or curbside drop off information.
